OSINT Expert for Content Removal

We are looking for a highly skilled OSINT and Telegram operations expert to take full responsibility for resolving a critical content distribution case.
Sensitive, non-consensual videos are being shared in multiple Telegram channels. You will be expected to identify, analyze, and take direct action to suppress further distribution of this material.
This is not just a research task. You must be capable of managing the full operation from analysis to intervention.
Stop the spread of specific content inside Telegram.
• Neutralize users or channels involved in redistribution.
• Prevent reuploads or further replication by disrupting the source network.
Analyze several Telegram groups/channels where the target content is being circulated.
• Identify:
• Where the content is being stored or pulled from (e.g. private bots, cloud libraries, closed groups).
• Which users or bots are acting as redistribution points.
• Whether the content is being forwarded automatically or manually.
• Execute a plan to prevent further distribution, which may include:
• Interfering with bots or cloud storage mechanisms.
• Infiltrating key groups and disrupting flow.
• Detecting and monitoring replication chains to break them.
• Applying direct countermeasures to contain or isolate the content.

• Demonstrated experience in Telegram OSINT and intervention (not just analysis).
• Ability to work discreetly and professionally.
• Strong skills with tools like Telethon, Telegram API, Paliscope, or custom Telegram scrapers.
• Able to provide progress updates and report results transparently.
