Create a presentation material about whaling attack (whaling phising)

I need somebody with cyber-security experience! If you don't have it, please don't bid!

I need somebody that knows about whaling attacks (whaling phishing) to write me a presentation material about this kind of cyber attack.
The presentation must be simple to understood by management staff, I don't want to be very technical.
The presentation must contain:
* what is a whaling attack;
* why is important for managers to understand that they can be the target of this kind of attacks;
* how it goes a whaling attack;
* one or two examples of whaling attacks from real life;
* countermeasures in order to prevent/avoid/stop a whaling attack;
* anything else you might consider important;

I need to be as simple as possible, easy to understand by non-IT managers

If there is somebody from Romania that can write the material will be nice; otherwise the material must be in english.
