I'm a student about to start a project to forecast economic data for Canada but need to review all papers or articles that have been written before so that I don't reinvent the wheel.
The specific topic: using machine learning (ML) tools for economic modeling. (For example, forecasting the inflation rate.) I'm NOT looking for the typical statistical tools (like regression) that are commonly used for econometric modeling by economists.
