Virtual Assistant with Business Development

I am a new entrepreneur with a very busy lifestyle, always managing several projects with many tasks.

I basically need a go to person that will help me get several of these tasks accomplished. A lot of my time is taken up in building these businesses, researching tasks etc.

I would like someone that is great in implementing and developing work processes if need be, someone that can research the best possible application for our best suited need, someone that can manage one other person on the team. I need someone self-directed, intelligent, excellent communication and excellent problem solving skills.
