Our goal is to find and purchase 10-15 hectares of suitable land for establishing a mango farm. The ideal candidate will be based in Sicily, have a strong network in the local real estate market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with realtors.
Responsibilities:
Research and Identification:
Conduct thorough research to identify potential land plots of 10-15 hectares in Sicily, focusing on areas such as Sciacca, Ribera, Sambuca di Sicilia, and Menfi.
Evaluate the suitability of land based on criteria such as soil quality, water availability, and minimal frost risk.
Realtor Outreach:
Identify and compile a list of reputable realtors and real estate agencies in Sicily.
Send a standardized email to all Agrigento-based realtors, informing them of our land purchase requirements.
Follow up with phone calls to realtors to inquire if suitable land is available.
Maintain a database of contacted realtors, their responses, and potential land options.
Site Visits and Assessments:
Coordinate and schedule site visits for potential land plots.
Provide detailed reports on the suitability of each land plot, including photographs and relevant data.
Consolidation and Reporting:
Consolidate the available property information and provide a comprehensive spreadsheet of the available land.
Provide regular updates on progress and any challenges encountered.
Requirements:
Strong network of contacts within the Sicilian real estate market.
Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
Ability to communicate and coordinate effectively with realtors across Sicily.
