Set up an electronic encyclopedia device for out-of-service-area usage.

Need Wikipedia, preferably with indexes, downloaded and installed on an older cell phone for use outside of service ranges as a reference tool. Content should be printable from the device. Device would be dedicated solely to this purpose.
