Research and Setup of WhatsApp Inbox and Chat Automation

I need help to research and find cost-effective platform that provides following features
1. As a real estate agent, I receive lots of WhatsApp messages on a daily basis. I need a better Whatsapp Web interface to categorize and label my chats, so I can find the conversations that I need faster.
2. I must be able to use more than 20 labels(current WhatsApp limitation) to label my chats.
3. Each contact can be labelled with multiple labels
4. Auto reply to received messages that match certain criteria like specific text match.
5. Ability to ask sequence of questions to the sender, and collect data based on his reply.
Once the platform is finalized. I need help to onboard my whatsapp number to the platform.
