Research Real Estate Listings

I am looking for a freelancer to research real estate listings that meet specific requirements for residential properties.

Specific Information needed:
- Property size and features
- Price and location
- Minimum Bedroom Count
- Selected Areas
- Condition of the Property

Then put the list into a Google Sheet and have it ready for my team and I to review each morning.

Here's an outline of the process:
Step 1 - Go to realtor.com, select parameters, and area
Step 2 - Click on the listings that fit the parameters, and view the photos to determine condition
Step 3 - Go to HUD website and determine market rents (this is done per area so not as frequently completed)
Step 4 - Check Spotcrime.com and see if there is crime in the area
Step 5 - Take the listing link and place it into a Google Sheet

Requirements:
- Experience in researching and gathering information from real estate listings
- Knowledge of residential property market and criteria
- Attention to detail and ability to accurately record and organize information

Skills and Experience:
- Strong research skills
- Familiarity with real estate websites and platforms
- Ability to analyze and evaluate property listings based on given criteria
- Excellent communication skills to provide regular updates and reports on findings
