Research Assistant - Health Tech Consulting Company

I'm seeking a dedicated individual with medical expertise—preferably a medical student, physician, or trainee in a medical program—to assist our health tech consulting company with research on clinical workflows and making clinical diagnoses from structured patient responses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in analyzing the patient intake process
- Contribute to understanding and improving diagnostic protocols for a wide variety of clinical conditions
- Support in evaluating treatment planning strategies
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Current or past engagement in a health profession, or training in a health-related field
- Familiarity with US-based clinical workflows and guidelines or the ability to come up to speed on these guidelines quickly
- Strong research and writing skills
- Excellent understanding of the patient intake process and ability to empathize with both the patient and physician experience of an encounter
- Capable of making diagnoses from patient responses using clinical guidelines and workflows
