Pitch My Products to Subscription Boxes

I would like to hire some one to research and develop a list of subscription boxes that would be a good fit for my organic lip balm. Then I would like them to assist in narrowing down the list and do the legwork of applying/pitching the balm to the boxes with the aim of getting them accepted to as many of that list as possible.
