Phone Survey with 7 questions only

I'm conducting an academic research related to crowdfunding. I'm looking for a freelancer who can help me source or conduct phone interviews with 15 potential phone survey participants.

I am open to two options:
1) The freelancer conducting the full phone interview
2) The freelancer providing contacts for me to conduct the interviews myself.

Ideal candidates should have:
- Access to a diverse, international network
- Proficiency in conducting telephonic interviews (if choose option 2)

Participants should be:
- 5 from the US/Canada
- 5 from Europe
- 5 from Asia
- Around half should have backed crowdfunding projects in the past
