Personal Assistant virtual assistant VA internet research German language preferred

Looking for a personal assistant. Main tasks: internet research using any tools you prefer - google, ai, whatever.
I need support in finding opportunities on the internet and having them presented in a structured way.
Examples: get a list of all driving schools in city x, get all services that offer x, find x product for the best price, suggest best methods to solve xy problem.
Way of working: you get the tasks and deadline and can work on it anytime you want. Deadline can be in 2-3 days. Or longer if that would make your work more comfortable.
Ways of communication: text and voice calls/voice messages.
In many tasks there will be some sort of info in German language needed. Would be good if you had some understanding of German, though you can also use a translator. Important is that you understand the task and deliver good quality work.
In my other projects I have been working with the same VAs for many years. I value personal connection and wanna make sure such projects are good for both me and you.
Working hours 1-3 hours per day, maybe more. I have many tasks that I want to get off my table. Long term.
