Part time work for Spanish Speaking VA
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
If you find me the house I end up moving into, there's a $25 BONUS for You on top of your hours. My budget is $3-4/hr.
I will need at least 3 people and not everyone works out, so you can apply even 1 week after this ad was posted.
This is a part time job 1-5 hours per week for an intelligent Spanish speaking VA who is reliable, a quick thinker, can follow simple instructions, and doesn't disappear.
I prefer someone in Mexico, but for the right person you can be anywhere worldwide so long as you are fluent in Spanish and Ingles and are good at online research.
I live in Mexico now, but don't speak fluent Spanish.
I am low income because I work for free to help save Humanity with my non profit, so no rich gringa here. I'm fighting for you too, did you know that? So, I really need you to have my back for this position.
You must understand and write fluent English and understand me verbally.
You must be able to follow procedures and assume you can do whatever you want without also following my instructions.
Be able to concentrate on what you are reading & have a good memory. If I have to repeat my questions to you over & over again or you can't follow simple instructions, please don't apply.
I need help with you calling companies or potential landlords here in Morelia where I currently live, or in any of the following cities in Mexico - Pátzcuaro, Acuitzio, Capula, Arteaga, Tzintzuntzán, La Piedad, Uriangato, Tarimbaro, or Zamora. I would consider another state, but the moving costs here are very high.
If you aren't in Mexico, I have a way for you to call for free.
I need a strong mature person (but not the bullying type) who isn't easily controlled by others and not full of FEAR.
Most of the time you are able to get the company to do what needs to be done.
Your job is to have my back. If I could do the tasks, they would have already been done, although I'm a VERY VERY busy person.
I do complain about how bad workers and businesses are here, so if you are going to have a problem with that and think I don't have the right to complain due to all of the terrible disrespect here in Mexico, then don't apply. I understand this is the way things are in this country, but that does NOT make it right.
And if you are Mexican & feel the need to tell me I don't understand Mexicans & you try to school me, then don't respond. I already know what it's like here and why there's no synergy, we are total opposites on a myriad of levels.

How people and companies just ignore me on WhatsApp when I'm trying to ask questions or order (I use Google translate). Or I ask a question and they can't even answer simple questions.

I have literally had to spend sometimes 2-4 hours trying to get a cocina economica or restaurant to deliver me food. I've gone hungry often in Mexico, and this wastes my time when I could be fighting in the war. I just want FOOD, how hard is that???
Most landlords are terrible here. They actually expect you to fix their house for them, or the odd one wants you to put in the kitchen cupboards, drawers and counter which is like, what, $3-4,000 USD??? jaja. SHOCKING. You are renting, it's NOT your house, & you have to fix THEIR house for them.

I can't handle VAs who just run away instead of at least saying they aren't interested. That's complete disrespect. If you are that type, please don't respond.
Yes, I am very direct, but also kind hearted if you are a great freelancer or even just a nice person, but I need results, not just a nice person.
I don't play games or pretend, so if you can't handle straight forward people who don't lie, then this job isn't for you.
Right now you have to help me find a place to live - PLEASE. The rental situation is terrible now due to the war, so this is the most important task. I need to be out of this house by November 30th.
You should be well versed with posting & researching on Facebook to find rental groups and and also know Marketplace.
I prefer you have a computer and not just use your cell phone which takes a lot longer and isn't efficient.
Most calls need to be made during the day (30-60 minutes) during US CST.
You and I can talk any time after 1-2 pm CST when I get up, or at night.
