Part-Time Data Retrieval Support in Urugay

We are looking for a local based in Uruguay to assist us in exploring the online company registry system and understanding how company registry extracts can be obtained.

Purpose:
We conduct business verification and due diligence. We would like to understand how to retrieve official company registry extracts to verify a company's legal existence, registration status, ownership, and other publicly available corporate information. This task is solely for research and due diligence purposes—we are not seeking assistance with registering a company or starting a business in Uruguay.

Task Scope:
- Create an account on the registry website (if required).
- Explore the portal together with us via chat
- Help us understand:
Whether company registry extracts can be retrieved online.
What information is included in the extract.
The cost of obtaining the document.
The turnaround time (instant download or manual processing).
Any requirements or restrictions for ordering documents.
If the document cost is reasonable, we may ask you to purchase one sample extract so we can evaluate its content. The document fee will be reimbursed.
We will also pay for your effort in supporting us separately.

SKILLSETS:
· Experienced in internet research, related to the local law;
· Strong in both local and English language proficiency

We will provide reimbursement of the document + 5 USD for the effort

Note: Milestone will be released the following week (Monday) after the job completion to give us time to organize the report and contact you if we need additional clarification. All retrieval fee will be reimbursed.
