Online software comparison research

We are looking for a web-savvy researcher to visit 11 different websites and thoroughly document all the features offered by each companies online service. Knowledge of text messaging services and chat platforms will be helpful. We have provided a spreadsheet to start the process. If the researcher finds a particular feature not listed on the spreadsheet we expect them to add a row to the spreadsheet and add any details about the company's feature. Each cell for a particular feature for a given company might contain a simple YES or additional details about that companies feature. More is better, within reason. Please ask any questions now and during the research.
