Looking for a Rural land plot to purchase in Japan.
I need someone to help me with the search and managing the communication with the real estate agents. This can be done using google translate in Japanese.
We're looking for:
- at least 2000 squared meters
- less than 200 thousand US dollars (25 million Japanese yen)
- close to a nice river or lake that can be used for swimming
- less than 30 minutes away from any train station
- somewhat close to a bullet train
- land must be usable for building a house and growing vegetables.
- land must be ok to be used for Airbnb
- somewhere in these regions / prefectures:
- Tohoku (from tokyo to morioka)
- Nagano
- Yamanashi
- Somewhere in between or near those above listed.
Expected output:
- properties available for purchase listed on the doc
- manage contact with the listings to make sure it meets the conditions (we can take it from there)
