I am looking for a freelancer to develop a monitoring system for a production line that can provide real-time data analysis. The ideal candidate should have experience in developing monitoring systems and be familiar with the following requirements:
Data Monitoring:
- The system should be able to monitor the speed, quantity, and quality of the production line in real-time.
- It should also be able to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
System Requirements:
- The client is open to suggestions and does not have any specific requirements or preferences for the monitoring system.
- The system should be able to provide both reports and alerts as the expected output.
- The reports should provide detailed analysis and insights into the production line performance.
- The alerts should notify the user in real-time of any deviations or issues in the production line.
Skills and Experience:
- The ideal candidate should have experience in developing real-time monitoring systems.
- Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools is required.
- Experience in working with industrial production lines or manufacturing processes would be a plus.
