Submit an IoT Project Proposal related to Safety/Quality at Construction Sites.
Problem Statement:
Safety has witnessed substantial improvement in the last years in the projects, however, Near Miss, Unsafe Act or Unsafe Condition still occur frequently and most of them unfortunately are not reported by the Contractors which may lead to accidents. In this situation, the consultant site engineer or the safety engineer has to stay at the site for a full-time, which is not applicable, since they have multiple projects sites or the project has multiple/distant locations/sections.
In addition, some Contactors do not follow the procedure for submitting the Request for Inspection (RFI) Form and in many cases the RFI is submitted after an activity has been already completed long time ago which may lead to quality issues.
