Parking slot management with IOT

I need a website to rent out free parking spots. The website needs to be linked to a IOT sensor so that it can show the real time status of the parking slot. I should also be able to rent out these spaces on a hourly basis, weekly basis and monthly basis. Customer should be able to get the directions to the nearest parking slots using maps
