IoT solution using Tuya Platform

I need help with building an IoT solution based on Tuya platform.
It will include
- Web/Mobile app for monitoring and controls (Customer facing)
- Back-end web page for controls configuration (Logics)
- Connectivity to Tuya enabled (Wifi/Zigbee) sensors, switches
- Access controls
