increased operational costs. This project, titled Smart Waste Management,
leverages deep learning and Internet of Things (IoT) technologies to create an
intelligent and sustainable solution. The system utilizes IoT-enabled smart bins
embedded with sensors to monitor waste levels in real time. When bins reach a
predefined threshold, alerts are automatically sent to the central application. To
further enhance efficiency, artificial intelligence algorithms are employed for
dynamic route optimization of garbage trucks, reducing fuel consumption, travel
time, and environmental impact. By integrating real-time data from smart bins with
AI-driven logistics, the proposed solution ensures timely waste collection,
optimized resource utilization, and improved urban hygiene. The outcome of this
project is a fully deployable application that provides municipalities and waste
management organizations with a practical, scalable, and application-based
system for smart and sustainable waste management.
