IoT Windmill project

Hi,

We are looking for someone that can help us in setting up a project to monitor an old windmill We would like to know the following things:
- How many rotations does the windmill make per minut?
- We want to read out the rotations of the windmill in a dashboard

If it is possible, we also want to know if there is a problem in the sensor, and want to be able to extentend the system with other parameters in the future like wind speed, airquality etc.

We need a solution that is cost-effective and solid. We are searching for a partner that can make a sensor with off-the-self components and can also support us in the future.
