IoT ESP32 Programming Expert

I'm looking for a skilled programmer to help develop an ESP32-based IoT device. The device needs to have Wi-Fi connectivity and be capable of integrating with various sensors. The specific sensors will include temperature sensors, motion sensors, and light sensors, among others.
WE are looking for someone to convert arudino based code to direct IDF code and work with our team to take over once converting is done.
Our code is working but we want to improve it.
Ideal Skills:
