IoT Device Configuration & On-Going Maintenance

I am a new business and have no customers or devices, but need to set up for this. I have built a website. (https://cloudlinksolutions.com.au/) On my website I have a button that I want my clients to use to access their dashboard to manage devices. The devices will be out in the field in Australia and are LoRaWAN, LoRa, SIgfox and standard WiFi (all IoT devices) to the internet. I have made a ThingsBoard account. I have also made a Digital Ocean account for my VM. I have installed Nginx as my reverse proxy server on DigitalOcean. Also have Ubuntu Linux installed.
I am looking for someone that understands this setup 100%.
Firstly, I need to get what I have set up networked, including making sure SSL is functioning.
Secondly, I need someone that will be able to have a ThingsBoard login page come up when the "client portal" is clicked on on my website.
Finally, I need someone long term that is able to add devices to ThingsBoard and configure dashboards for my clients and set up automations. Perhaps this ongoing work could be on a per device basis.

1. Milestone one - Get the platforms networked correctly - $100
2. Milestone two - Make sure a device is readable on a ThingsBoard dashboard. - $100
3. Three - If you succeed with the above two points you will get the job of ongoing management and working with my company and we can negotiate the fee.
