IoT Backend Developer for Transport Monitoring

I am looking for a backend ( or a fullstack ) developer with experience in IoT and MQTT management to work on a passenger monitoring and validation project for a transportation company. The system will monitor buses and trucks and manage data in real time.

Requirements:

Experience in developing backend systems for IoT.
Knowledge of MQTT protocol for integration with edge hardware devices, experience working with MQTT brokers like HiveMQ, Mochi Broker, etc...
Experience in real-time databases.
Management of APIs and connection with IoT devices.
Knowledge of AWS.
Ability to work with frontend and mobile android developers.

Responsibilities:

Development and maintenance of the backend for the Management platform of this vehciles monitoring platform.
Integration with monitoring devices installed on vehicles.
Optimization of real-time data management using MQTT. and/or HTTPS
Scalability and security of the system.
