Objective:
To develop and implement a real-time data processing and communication system to manage the conveyor mechanism. The objective is to ensure the system operates efficiently within a 100-millisecond cycle, from QR code scanning to controlling the conveyor belt via a Delta PLC (DVP14SS211T).

Scope of Work:

Data Acquisition:
Integrate with the Cognex barcode scanner to read QR codes on the medicine strips.
Configure the scanner to send the QR code data to a TCP/IP port.

Data Processing:
Develop a backend system using Node.js to receive QR code data from the TCP/IP port.
Implement logic to validate the QR code against the database to ensure its authenticity.
Maintain a database of valid QR codes, structured for quick lookups and updates.

Real-Time Communication:
Establish real-time communication with the Delta PLC (DVP14SS211T) using Modbus TCP/IP protocol.
Develop a mechanism to send control signals to the PLC based on the validation results.
Ensure the entire process from data acquisition to PLC control execution, is completed within 100 milliseconds.

User Interface:
Develop a React.js-based dashboard for real-time monitoring and control.
Display status updates, validation results, and system alerts on the dashboard.
Provide controls for manual overrides and system configuration through the dashboard.

System Integration:
Integrate all components into a cohesive system.
Conduct thorough testing to ensure all parts work seamlessly together and meet performance requirements.

Deployment and Training:
Deploy the system on-site at company’s facility.
Provide comprehensive training to company's staff on system operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

Deliverables:
Fully functional software model that meets the specified requirements.
Source code with detailed documentation.
Performance test results demonstrating compliance with the 100-millisecond requirement.
User manual for system setup, operation, and maintenance.
