IOT expert with hardware and sensor data processing. Visualization of data for insights and setting up triggers for notifications

I am looking for an IoT expert to help with my project. I have a rough idea of the hardware and sensors needed, and I need to be able to visualize collected data for insights and set up triggers for notifications. The main goal for the data visualization and insights is to use sensors to collect weight data and correlate with consumption pattern. For notifications, I need real-time alerts. The expert will need to be familiar with IoT systems and technologies and be able to set up the necessary hardware and sensors, as well as develop the software and algorithms needed to properly visualize and trigger notifications.
