Hotel project: Webapp connected to pir sensors (tuya or other brand)

Need a full project of hardware (pir sensors , switch on/ off devices) and software (webapp which shows the status of sensor, temperature of the room, if there is o no person in the room and show graphics of how many energy are saving)
The solution can be based on tuya api or other brand
