ESP32 or ESP2866 intergate with Pic18F form automantion

I need a pic18f2420 fan controller to be intergrated with esp32 or similar so i am able to output the temprature humidty and fan speed control values via home assitant. I would also like to adjust those values remotly as and when required.
the controller is an ecotechnics evolution controller.
