Configuration of Jimi IoT JC261P Device

I am looking for someone who can configure the Jimi IoT JC261P device for my platform. The configuration should ensure that the video is saved to the TF card and is not uploaded to my platform, in order to avoid consuming the last MB of the SIM card’s data. On the other hand, I also need the device to function as a GPS tracker, so it should be connected to my platform for location tracking.
