Build me a device that can be attached to a CPU and help me monitor the activities happening on the screen

Hi. I run an information based company in India. To ensure the confidentiality of the information available to my team, I need a device, which will be installed in my system's hardware. The device will showcase the activity being performed on the laptop's screen on another laptop in real time. Kindly note that I do not wish any software to be installed for this purpose since I've already had my hands burnt due to a supervision software I availed in the past.
