Automatic connection BLE ESP32 custom device

I'm working on an academic project where I need to make an automatic connection between a BLE breathalyzer device with custom features. My goal is to make the ESP32 in client mode look for the device's Mac and make the automatic connection, I can make this connection normally through the ble Scan application and bluetooth terminal software, for more details I'm available.
