supplement optimizer

I wanna develope an mobile App to optimize the supplement one takes. Therefore the user should be able to scan the supplements he takes per mobile cam or make a photo of the ingridients and the app detects the supplement. Once the list is completed there should be a small survey of the user (like age, sex and weight etc... plus the reason the user is taking the supplent) after that the full list will be analyzed and optimized ... And also put on a daily reminder list with alerts when to take the supplement..


Once the app is developed I also want the freelancer to put it on webstore and start marketing.
A connection to a database and most propably openAI will be necessary
