PR specialist

Who we are:
Our Tateyoko Research Institute was based in Kyoto, Japan. We mainly provide consulting services in the fields of politics, economy and culture to customers in Japan and East Asia and Southeast Asia. In order to further meet the needs of team building and team development , we are recruiting 5 PR specialist.

Salary: The salary is settled according to the total number and quality of completed projects, and the specific projects and remuneration are negotiable in the interview
Each project is around 500USD, in a range of 300 to 800 USD.

Duties and responsibilities :
1. Contact with the company's experts and customers through telephone, on-site visits, etc.,
2. convey the company's latest work tasks,
3. pay project settlement funds,
4. establish a good corporate image for the company, and enhance customers' trust in the company.
5. Create personas for clients as required
6. Understand the company's business development needs and explore new cooperation opportunities

Competencies/skills required:
1. Fluent in English
2. Proficient with Microsoft Office
3. have basic understanding in finance and politics
4. Proficient in using social networking platforms
5. Fluency and knowledge of PR tools
6. disciplined ,motivated ,energetic self starter with a positive attitude

10. Able to actively advise on team development and the development of specific projects, and respect and obey the final decision of the team.
11. continue to pay attention to the development needs of business departments and understand the latest developments in related industries

Education/experience required:
Bachelor degree or above
experience working in traditional media industry 、 public relations department of multinational companies or government projects is preferred.
