Key Responsibilities:
• Implement a white-hat ORM strategy to improve our brand image across various online platforms.
• Manage review acquisition on designated websites (we'll provide links).
• Secure a minimum of 3-5 verified, positive reviews daily per website (total target: 500 reviews).
• Ensure all reviews comply with platform guidelines to minimize removal chances.
• Monitor online presence and identify potential reputation issues.
• Proactively address negative reviews with a professional and courteous approach.
Required Skills & Experience:
• Proven experience in ORM strategies and online review management.
• In-depth knowledge of Google My Business, Trustpilot, and other relevant review platforms.
• Excellent writing and communication skills to craft compelling review requests.
• Ability to navigate platform guidelines to ensure review compliance.
• Strong analytical skills to monitor online reputation and identify trends.
• Experience with reputation monitoring tools (a plus).
Project Budget & Timeline:
• We are open to discussing hourly rates or a fixed project fee depending on your proposal.
