The job will be local in person until the schedule gets delivered. Please confirm you are withing driving distance. Medium to long term project to train and create an operations schedule for a real estate office marketing department. The employees are full time but you will be on your own schedule as long as they follow the instructions. The marketing will be for local businesses and a local real estate farm of about 5000 houses for each section, each agent will get one section. You will be responsible for creating two marketing programs. one for face to face, circle of influence and the second will be for online hyperlocal personalized digital marketing with ongoing email and text drip campaigns and parcel, post office marketing EDDM type. You must have experience and it will be verified of previous jobs in real estate brokers that are still in operation. Please message me for any questions.
