I need a marketing specialist to help grow our website

Hi, i am looking for a marketing specialist that can do the following for us:
1. Find 10 Influencers of 3500-15000 Followers and get a short promotional videos for posts on our facebook page.
2. Assist with creating a Campaign on Facebook with those ads.
Depending on the growth and can get a profitable Return on ad spent we will scale the ads accordingly.
3. After our affiliate marketing program gets launched we want you to onboard influencers. Please confirm the influencer username and link so we can verify if the user is legit and not a bot.
I would like prices of the 3 requirements separate and one for all 3 together
This will be long term project and continuous work
