I need to market my ventilation installation start up company with someone to manage social media posts and work on SEO for the new website we have had built

We have recently started a Ventilation install company but we need to raise awareness that we exist!
Construction doesn't seem to use social media and promote their websites as much as other types of business in the UK but we have spent the last 3 months trying to make contact with M&E companies but only via generic introductory emails that largely get ignored.
We are looking for someone to take control of the social media and SEO side of things for us to see if this approach works by gaining leads
