I need an AD manager to advertise campaign for my online fitness Instagram and website

I’m an online trainer selling customised plans to clients on Instagram( currently based in Dubai moving to Hong Kong in a couple of weeks ) . Only recently switched to professional account. Only just finished building website ( tailor brands ) Not sure how to proceed with advertising campaign
