I need to grow my crop sales with a direct sales person

I am looking for a freelancer who is based in South Africa preferably Johannesburg or has some experience with selling for farmers or worked in the Agriculture space to help me to grow my crop sales. I am selling vegetables (fresh and processed i.e. dried and packaged) and my target market is local. I have previously used direct sales for my marketing and I am working on updating my website to have a shop for the processed goods like (dried herbs, dried drink infusions and pestos), but it has not been adequate in giving me the results that I want. Therefore, I am seeking additional strategies that will enable me to reach out to new audiences and ultimately make more sales.
