I need a email marketer

I am a lash artist and makeup artist in waikato new zealand. My small business is called Blush and blink and i have been operating for just over a year. I also offer training courses in lash artistry. I've recently set up my website and am now wanting to branch into email marketing.
I am wanting someone to help me set this up successfully and tips once its all set up to continue success.
I have started a mailchimp account today and created two emails, but honestly am unsure if i will market myself correctly.
