We want to start a home care agency business where we would hire home health aid and certified nurse assistants to go to clients' houses and provide the best care. since it is a start up business we would want to start with 10 employees and aim for 20-25 clients in the first 6 months. We will be located in Massachusetts and serve all genders, adult age 30+, language; English, Spanish, French, and Haitian Creole.

The promotion plan to attract clients will include blogs, flyers, networking, online marketing such as facebook account, instagram account and twiter account. We Will develop an organic SEO strategy and optimize Google my Profile account (GMO) and word of mouth marketing.
The management team will include the founder Dorle..., who worked as a home health aide for 2 years. He is passionate about helping others and creating work opportunities for old and rising CNAS and HHAs to provide the best care to the elderly community. he has dedicated his time into building the best team for the clients and bring this business to life and do the great work that he plans to do.
The co-founder is Jose... who has also worked as a home health aid for 4 years and now is dedicating her time to help create the best team to provide even more help in the elderly community. She has a bachelor degree in Public health and Psychology.
We will need to take out some loans to start executing the plan about 50k. There aren't any legal structures yet, therefore the business is not in operation yet.
