marketing and promotion

I have a Catering business since 2006, but just now I created a web presence for it. I want to promote it and get more clients for my catering business. Currently I want its promotions to be done in a very limited area, i.e, around Faridabad, India. I'm looking for something affordable but on the same time very effective.
