marketing for a newly formed shop on shopify

Hi i am after someone who is reliable and isnt going to wipe me clean. I had a previous marketer who cost me 1000s for so called marketing and all i ended up with was emails that where sent to business in the USA or business in AU that where no longer operating. The SEO work that was done was very subpar. I have received more people clicking on links with what i did myself then what i paid someone else to do. After weeks with this marketer i have cut ties as the price kept going up and up for all these extra things that were free to do myself. I have got google ads running how ever i dont think the ads are written in a way that is effective. I am waiting for approval for facebook shop and have advertised already on facebook and instagram with pages set up. I have to wait to get more of a presence on instagram before i can set up a shop on there. Basically i am after someone who can help me market my shop and get it off the ground and allow me to learn on the way with the best way to convert clicks into sales.
