manage my Google Ads account

I need middle of funnel prospects to acquire new customers (not leads) for my haircare Shopify ecommerce site. The Google Ads account is set up and running on minimal oversite now (some small issues still need addressing). We need someone to complete the account set-up, run and grow the campaigns, increase the number of ad groups, ad sets, and keyword lists. This person should also be very adept at making the appropriate tagging connections to flow through Shopify as well as into our existing merchant account and GA4 analytics for campaign analysis and KPI tracking. We are looking to triple our ad spend in the coming 2 months, and need to have the account very active before we expand. The engagement is month to month, although we need someone probably for 4 months (the right, successful person could extend past that into some of our other brands too!)
