iOS App Marketing Consultation

I have a dating app which is not published yet and I'd like to create a landing page to pile up the users which are interested, I need to know how to market, where to market and what information should the landing page have.

The app is built using react so it's cross platform. I need a 1h consultation with someone expert in dating apps marketing.
