help me post google ads

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me post Google Search Ads. My advertising budget is less than $500, and I have a list of keywords that I want to target. I would like to create Search Ads for my campaign. The ideal freelancer for this project should have experience with Google Ads and be able to create effective search campaigns.
