gmass cold email setup

I am looking for someone to help me set up my GMass cold email campaign. I am using Gmail as my email provider and I have a specific email campaign in mind with a purpose of offering a business finance proposal, driving my audience to a specific landing page. I am in need of an experienced freelancer who can create a captivating and effective cold email template with the goal of it getting opened and read. I will need help setting up the automated campaign, and may need additional assistance with cleaning up my contact list in order to ensure the best possible results. As the completion date is not yet determined, ideally I am looking for somebody who can work with me on an ongoing basis to monitor the progress of my campaign and make assessments along the way.
