I'm looking for a versatile Virtual Assistant who can help in various aspects of growing my online brand. The tasks include creating lead magnets, managing opt-ins, posting and editing content for social media across platforms, growing my email list, and cross platform postings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle my Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn accounts.
- Create a mix of promotional, educational, and user engagement content.
- Develop lead magnets like E-books, webinars, checklists, online community memberships, and low ticket sale items.
- Schedule social media posts using tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Later.
- Generate and analyze social media performance reports to optimize strategy.
- Respond to comments and messages on all social media platforms to increase user engagement.
- Identify and collaborate with influencers to expand brand reach.
- Optimize content for search engines to attract organic traffic.

Skills & Experience:
- Proficient in social media management, content creation, and video editing.
- Familiarity with Canva for designing social media posts.
- Experience in building email lists and creating engaging lead magnets.
