facebook blocking is stopping people from finding my service

hello. i have two interests , my clients tell me they are tagging me on Facebook but unable to allow me into various groups
1. is i possible to gain access to groups and unblock me or without being blocked to sell my service.
2. if not then can you make a fake profile and offer a proposal on how I can post on numerous groups to sell my service - landing new inquiries back to my real pages on social media
Once we have a discussion of possible options then can we discuss how long so I can keep to budget as this amy not be the best direction forward .
